How Did This Happen?

It seems like only yesterday you had your first cigarette or first hit from a friends vape. It was a bit weird at first. You felt a little dizzy, but it was cool to be doing something a bit dangerous. It’s a bit like getting used to the taste of coffee or red wine.  You scoffed at the idea that this puny hit could hook you.  You shared a good laugh over it with your friend.

And here you are.  Today you have to smoke or vape!  You can’t seem to put it down for good.  You wake up with a dry throat feeling depleted and you vow that you just are not going to smoke or vape today.  But once you smell that coffee you begin to bargain with yourself by adjusting your vow to cutting down. “Yea, that’s a better idea” you tell yourself. “After all, you don’t want to upset yourself. It’s just not the right time to stop. Maybe over the holidays.”  You put it off indefinitely one more time.

Or, God forbid, something has happened to drive home that your health really is suffering as the result of your smoking or vaping.  You finally get it. You are hooked and you don’t know how to stop, who to trust, what to do, where to begin.

So, if you are experiencing any of the above, and if you have already tried and failed to get free from nicotine, are feeling trapped yet skeptical there is anything out there that inspires you to stop, and if you are convinced the cure will be worse than the problem, then I encourage you to check out the Choose a Smokefree Life Program. This step-by-step, five-day program has been around for over 40 years, and I boast of a better than 80% success rate measured a year after one’s stop date. Medically and celebrity endorsed, check out what folks say about how this program works.

Now is the time to pull out of the nicotine rat race. Call 512-758-1910 or book a session with me on the Chooseasmokefreelife.com or Chooseavapefreelife.com websites.  I would love to help you get free once and for all.
